Hotel was convenient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice pool which was very welcome in 35 degree heat! Some parts of hotel a little tired ie, paint work externally, broken patio tiles, the Icecream cafe which was closed looked like an eyesore

Our swimming pool, located in the heart of our garden, is a little gem that all our guests particularly appreciate, especially when the weather has been very hot. A truly appreciated moment of relaxation.
We're sorry, but we don't understand what you mean by the ice cream bar being a real horror. If you were unhappy with anything, don't hesitate to come and discuss it with our reception team, who are always willing to listen and provide solutions based on their availability.
Thank you very much for your mention of our breakfast buffet, where a selection of fresh, local products, such as jams and honey with their pleasant and distinctive flavor, provide optimal quality for all your delicacies.

Room was OK, very cold to go from reception to room.

We are very happy that you found your room very good. regarding the low temperature of your room at reception, we apologize, we know this is very uncomfortable for you. We have taken your dissatisfaction into account and will do our best in the future to resolve this temperature problem.
As well as for the very weak internet connection, we apologize for this and will do our best to reduce this problem.

We had a good stay. The restaurant food and service were very good. The hotel was convenient for our journey. But the rooms and hallways are very old, the carpets stained. The hotel needs to be refreshed.

Very comfortable lots of space good size rooms perfect location for our needs
Food could have been better there was a 10 minute gap between serving the chicken dishes and the fish dishes which was disappointing

A very practical place to stay with all facilities for business or pleasure. In addition the staff are really excellent, happy and helpful at all times.
