Lénaïc BERTRAND, our Chef, likes to work with fish. His signature dish? The "mosaic of red mullet fillet with raspberry oil". He also takes pleasure in making us discover his sweet specialities such as his Moelleux Chocolat Cherry, his Pavlova Mango or his home-made crème brulée...
Through his cooking, he wishes to bring out the know-how and the home-made. His aim? To share with you, for a generous and gourmet moment, his inspirations of the moment.

L'Atlantel restaurant draws its charm from its reception area. Indeed, the restaurant room can hold up to 160 covers. For your family receptions (baptism, communion, wedding, anniversary...), our seminar rooms can be transformed into a reception room / restaurant for private meals.
Our maitre d' will give you a warm welcome around a nice table in our restaurant with a view on the indoor garden with trees and a heated swimming pool. When the spring sun has arrived, and throughout the summer, you can enjoy our sunny terrace.
The restaurant in Nantes is air-conditioned and is very suitable for family gatherings and meals, banquets and cocktail parties.
Taste our own smoked salmon with hazelnut oil and lime cream or our Great Atlantel Salad with Foie Gras, Nantaise Lamb's lettuce, Langouille and Smoked Salmon.

The Tome de Couëron was created in 1994 by Jean-Paul Rivière, who is still a farmer and has lived on the family farm "au Chef-de-l'Eau" in Couëron, in a neighbouring commune, since 1985. He also offers direct sales at the farm.
The good lamb's lettuce from Nantes, which sometimes accompanies our dishes or makes up our salad, is produced by a market gardener from Guérande, in the heart of the famous salt marshes. It is the Huitric family. On occasion, a visit to the Brière is a must.
Terres de Glaces, an artisanal producer of ice creams, , sorbets and frozen desserts, since 1994 in Ruffiac, in neighbouring Morbihan, in Brittany. Their artisanal know-how combined with original creation while sharing nice family values make Terres de Glaces' ice creams an unshakeable gustatory memory.

The Atlantel is located in Vigneux-de-Bretagne, near the 2x2 lane N165, 20 km from the city centre of Nantes.
The restaurant is located inside the Brit Hotel Nantes Vigneux. All are welcome, whether or not they are hotel guests.
To come and have lunch or dinner with us, if you are coming from Nantes, it is necessary to leave the 2x2 lanes at the exit towards C207/La Roche. The establishment is located 200m further on, on your right.
