Every morning, on our buffet, we offer you a multitude of products to give you a full load of vitaminsand start the day off right. Thus, you will find various varieties of cereals ( (Muesli, choco pops, corn flakes, oatmeal),various varieties of artisanal jams as well as milk jams (Bois Jumel). We will also not forget the chocolate spread.
Also, you will have the opportunity to taste the honey of the Ruchers des Halbrans, a local producer with whom we work. On the buffet, you will identify many dried fruits: apricots, prunes, figs, dates, as well as multiple seeds of sunflower, flax or goji berries.
Depending on the season, fresh fruit salads and fresh fruit baskets are more or less abundant.
As for drinks, the breakfast buffet of our hotel offers you freshly squeezed orange juice, multi-fruit juices and especially apple juice from the Ruaudaie Orchards. For hot drinks, we have a bean coffee machine at your disposal. We also offer hot chocolate (32% Cocoa), milk, tea and various organic "Pages" infusions.
A feeling of brunch will cross your morning mind when you see on our buffet various cheeses, but also delicatessen (white ham).
The bakery and pastries area is made up of mini chocolate breads, croissants and raisin breads, traditional baguette, cereal bread and Viennese bread from our baker "Marcel Saquet". We added brioche, rusks and little butter cookies famous in our region. Also, you will find pancakes and mini-madeleines "Saint-Michel".
The "fresh" part is provided by the multitude of plain yoghurts and Malo fruit yoghurts, cottage cheese, our sweet butter and ½ salt as well as our apple sauce.
For the hot, we provide scrambled eggs and bacon.
Finally, on request, we can provide you with gluten-free products.
For children up to 12 years old, the buffet price is 5.00€.

The bakery that supplies us with bread and pastries is located in the commune of Treillères, 12 kilometres from our establishment. Every morning, you will enjoy the traditional tastes of their baked goods.
Located in the south of the Loire, our beekeeper "Les Ruchers des Halbrans" and his precious allies provide us with the honey that you can taste every morning at our breakfast buffet.
Gourmands, young and old, will be delighted to find cakes from the "Saint-Michel" workshops at breakfast. Located south of the Loire River, we advise you to visit their workshops (guided and educational tour) by passing by the bridge of Saint-Nazaire from our hotel.
The milk jams are made by Le Bois Jumel, an adapted company, located in the neighbouring Morbihan department. The first milk jams were made in 1985, they are healthy, natural and very smooth. Try them the next time you visit, you won't be disappointed!
The apple juice that you can taste every morning comes from the Vergers de la Ruaudais. The cider company located near La Gacilly (Morbihan) also has a shop in the heart of the village of Saint-Martin-sur-Oust. A must-see.
